Fixflo and its parent company Aareon have announced the acquisition of Help me Fix, a UK-based platform specialising in AI-driven repair diagnostics and video triage. The deal is designed to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence across repairs and maintenance operations.
The move follows a partnership between the two firms that highlighted clear time and cost savings for property professionals. By bringing the companies together, Aareon strengthens its AI offering with Aidenn, an assistant that combines agentic intelligence with real-time video diagnostics. The tool has been developed to save property managers time, cut environmental impact, and improve tenant satisfaction across social housing, private residential and homebuilding sectors.
“Joining the Aareon Group marks an exciting new chapter for the business,” said Ettan Bazil, chief executive and founder of Help me Fix. “Aareon’s scale, vision and deep sector expertise make it the ideal partner to take our solutions to the next level, creating exciting possibilities for our customers, for the housing sector and for how the entire industry approaches repairs and resident engagement.”
Rachael Baig, UK managing director of Aareon, commented: “We’re pleased to welcome Help me Fix as part of our growth story, adding to our expanding suite of solutions. By embedding AI diagnostics and video triage into our products, we’re reinforcing our commitment to supporting housing providers optimise resources, improve service delivery, and place tenants at the heart of every interaction.”
