Secure Trust Bank backs Bruckland's West London housing development

Bruckland Developments has secured a £7.5m loan from Secure Trust Bank (STB) Real Estate Finance to build nine four-bedroom homes in Hanwell, West London, marking the fourth deal between the two parties since 2019.

The development facility, agreed at 65% loan to gross development value (LTGDV) and 80% loan to cost (LTC), will fund the transformation of a site at Golden Manor currently occupied by a converted house and a bungalow, both of which will be demolished to make way for the new homes. The scheme, Golden Manor Mews, is expected to complete within 18 months.

Bruckland specialises in high-quality residential schemes, and the Hanwell development continues a track record of well-designed housing across its portfolio. The relationship with STB stretches back to 2019, with the two parties building a working partnership across multiple schemes.
