Imperial Blue Finance has announced the completion of three senior development finance facilities totalling £22.2m across residential projects in Hampshire, South West England and the East Midlands.
Together, the three developments will deliver more than 70 homes, including affordable housing, contributing to housing supply and regeneration in their respective local areas.
The facilities were structured around the individual requirements of each project, including funding on a peak-debt basis, which can take account of forecast sales during construction and provide developers with greater flexibility in structuring their finance.
The three schemes are being delivered by three separate developers, each with a strong track record of delivering housing designed to meet local demand.
