Shawbrook has teamed up with P10 Financial Group to provide a £9.5 million commercial loan for the acquisition of a large, multi-tenanted office building in the Thames Valley.
The facility helped a Surrey-based investment group purchase a 95,000 sq. ft. commercial property. Structured against open market value, the loan gives the client flexibility to pursue a long-term asset management plan, aiming to improve the quality of the offices while enhancing the asset’s sustainability and performance.
The deal highlights growing confidence in the office sector, particularly for well-positioned buildings where proactive management and targeted investment can generate long-term value.
P10 Financial Group acted as debt adviser, structuring the facility and guiding the transaction through to completion. The team coordinated closely with all professional parties to ensure a smooth process from initial submission to drawdown.
