Paragon Bank has provided a £10.3 million finance facility to Eccleston Homes for Brook House Place, a new residential development in Urmston, Greater Manchester.
The project, which began in May 2025, will deliver 57 high-quality homes, with the first properties expected to be available by Spring 2026. Brook House Place is designed for modern families and individuals, featuring energy-efficient homes with contemporary architecture. The development will include a variety of properties, from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom family houses, all within a growing and vibrant community.
Urmston is recognised as one of Greater Manchester’s most desirable suburbs, offering strong schools, a close-knit community and excellent transport connections. Residents of Brook House Place will benefit from the M60 motorway, regular rail services to Manchester city centre, and a bustling town centre with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The area also offers easy access to green spaces such as Golden Hill Park and Abbotsfield Park, making it attractive for families.
The local housing market continues to show strong demand for quality homes across a range of property types, with average prices rising by more than 21% over the past five years. Brook House Place will provide a mix of tenures, including shared ownership and affordable rent, supporting local residents in accessing quality homes and aligning with Trafford’s commitment to increasing housing supply.
The Paragon Bank deal was led by Simon Dekker, senior relationship director, with support from Izzy Sargeant, portfolio manager.
