Lettings and management software platform, teclet, have announced the latest partner to join them as part of their lettings and management solution.

LegalforLandlords provide referencing, legal and insurance products for landlords and tenants and these can all now be accessed via the customer-facing teclet platform.

Agents can get set up on teclet at no cost and take advantage of a no-obligation, five-month, free trial period.

Sim Sekhon Managing Director at LegalforLandlords said: “We are delighted to integrate with the teclet platform and enable seamless take-up of our tried and trusted products and services. The growing number of agents and property managers using the customer-facing teclet platform are benefitting from greatly enhanced and automated services, enabling them to generate more revenue, reduce administration and costs and deliver better services to clients and customers.

"This partnership is a winner for all of the parties involved, agents, landlords, tenants and guarantors, teclet and ourselves.

"We are also delighted that teclet Director Michael Day will be joining us and presenting at a number of our “Being exceptional in the lettings market” roadshows that are taking place around the country later in the year.”

John Evans, Commercial Director at teclet said: “It is a pleasure to be working with LegalforLandlords and their excellent and established portfolio of referencing legal and insurance products. We both share a commitment to delivering excellence through great use of technology and now the opportunity for more agents to come on board and take advantage of our solution has become even more compelling.
