County Homesearch, founded in Cornwall 22 years ago by Jonathan Haward, operates throughout the United Kingdom, and has earned both the industry-specific EuRA Quality Seal of Destination Services and the internationally recognised ISO 9001 certification.
The corporate client services division will rebrand as Dwellworks by the end of the year. The private client homefinding division will continue to represent private individuals wishing to either purchase or rent property through County Homesearch International Limited.
County Homesearch International’s Managing Director, Andrew Scott, will remain with the Dwellworks organization as a full-time associate in an operational and account management role. Jonathan Haward will be integral to effective ownership transition and will remain as a strategic consultant for Dwellworks.
