Allsop has released its October commercial auction catalogue, offering 152 lots with total guide prices approaching £122m across investment, mixed-use and commercial property throughout the UK.
Lot values range from £50,000 for a betting office and self-contained flat in Ilkeston (Lot 133) to £5.8m-plus for a shopping centre investment in Sheffield (Lot 35). The average lot size is approximately £800,000. In total, 36 lots are guided at £1m or above, and income across the catalogue exceeds £10m per annum.
The sale represents Allsop's sixth dedicated commercial auction of 2026. Sellers include Berkeley Homes, BTG Begbies Traynor, Countrywide PLC, Dignity Funeral Directors, Farmfoods, Helical PLC, Hurstwood Holdings, LondonMetric PLC, Notting Hill Genesis, OLIM, Pearl and Coutts, and Young and Co Brewery PLC, alongside administrators, pension funds, trustees and a range of property companies and private investors.
Nearly half the catalogue sits within London and the South East, with 47% of lots drawn from those regions. The remainder spans locations across the broader UK.
Among the highlights:
- Lot 10, Bristol: A mixed-use unbroken shopping parade part let to Tesco with six self-contained flats above, guided at £1.8m to £1.9m (8.75% GIY).
- Lot 14, Peterborough: An unbroken shopping parade comprising four shops, four restaurants/bars and a leisure centre with offices above, guided at £2m to £2.2m (12.3% GIY).
- Lot 20, London WC1: A central London office investment of 12,907 sq ft with secure on-site parking, guided at £5.75m-plus (8.3% GIY).
- Lot 25, East Wittering: A convenience store and car park let to Tesco until 2041 with uncapped RPI increases, guided at £1.4m-plus (7% GIY).
