Allsop launches November auction catalogue with £65m in commercial property

Allsop has sold 420 commercial lots worth £270m so far in 2025, with an 83% success rate.

Allsop has released its penultimate commercial auction catalogue of 2025, featuring 86 lots with a collective guide price of £65 million and individual guides ranging from £75,000 to more than £3.2 million. The auction will be live-streamed on Tuesday, 4 November.

The catalogue includes 21 lots guided at or above £1 million and showcases a diverse range of investment opportunities across the UK. Among the highlights is a collection of four shops on Kensington High Street, Central London, located adjacent to the Underground station, each offering separate properties with guide prices starting from £2.45 million.

Sellers in the latest catalogue include B&M Retail, Central Co-Op, Columbia Threadneedle, Firethorn Trust, Funeral Partners and London Metric, alongside administrators, councils, liquidators, pension funds, receivers, trustees, property companies and private investors.

Highlights include Lot 12 – Kensington High Street, London: A collection of four Central London shops to be offered as four separate lots on auction day unless sold prior or withdrawn, guided at £2.45m+ (6.1% gross initial yield), Lot 13 – Raynes Park, London: Pharmacy and residential investment with lapsed planning consent for two two-bedroom flats plus one one-bedroom unit, guided at £1.4m–£1.5m (7.16% GIY), and Lot 25 – Billingham: Industrial unit totalling 24,800 sq ft on a 2.6-acre site, let to AQ Rent UK Limited at £111,600 per annum on a lease expiring 2033, guided at £1.5m+ (7.45% GIY).
