Once again, agent teams are coming out in force for an oar-some day of fundraising on the water in aid of mental health charity MIND and The Trussell Trust at Fairlop Waters in Chigwell, Essex.
Each team can have up to 17 crew on the boat including a drummer, shared boats are also available for those wanting to take part but don’t have numbers for a full boat, just let us know if you need some rowing partners, and we can do the rest.
No fitness capabilities are required, you must be able to hold a paddle and sit upright in a boat. It is the ultimate water sports activity for ages 12+ where you will race in three/four heats, each being around 250m, with the winners going through to the final challenge race so get your race plan ready!
