Agents Giving has confirmed that its annual charity golf day at the Morley Hayes Golf Resort in Derbyshire raised £15,000 for Only A Pavement Away, the charity supporting people facing homelessness by helping them rebuild their lives through careers in hospitality.
The event, supported by headline sponsor Just Move In, brought together golfers for 18 holes on the countryside course. Smart Compliance sponsored the drinks trolleys, keeping teams refreshed throughout the competition.
The day concluded with an evening of fundraising, including a three-course dinner, raffle, and live auction. Auctioneer Gareth Newby from Iam Sold led the bidding, with prizes donated by supporters and sponsors contributing to the fundraising total.
Agents Giving expressed its appreciation to all those who took part. “We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our players, sponsors, including Simplify, who sponsored the 10th hole, all our supporters, and prize donors who made the day possible. Your support has directly contributed to raising vital funds that will make a real difference to those helped by Only A Pavement Away,” the organisation noted.
