Saffron teams up with Brickflow to expand developer finance access

The partnership supports funding across three core stages of development, pre-development, build and exit.

Saffron for Intermediaries has announced a strategic partnership with Brickflow that places its end-to-end property development finance proposition onto Brickflow’s digital platform. The move gives brokers a single point of access to Saffron’s full development offering, from early-stage funding through to exit.

The partnership follows the recent launch of Saffron’s pre-development bridging and exit bridging solutions. Together, these products extend support for developers across the full project lifecycle, covering land acquisition, construction and eventual sale or refinance.

By appearing on the Brickflow platform, brokers can now source Saffron’s entire range of property development finance products in one place. The integration improves visibility of Saffron’s proposition and broadens the options available when structuring more complex cases that span multiple funding stages.

The collaboration combines technology with specialist input. Brokers using Brickflow can identify suitable funding solutions at different points in a development, while continuing to work directly with Saffron’s property development finance team. This balance aims to simplify sourcing without removing the relationship-led approach that underpins Saffron’s development and bridging lending.

The partnership also supports funding structures that evolve as a project progresses. Brickflow’s case assessment and sourcing tools sit alongside Saffron’s flexible, case-by-case underwriting, allowing brokers to arrange finance across pre-development, build and exit rather than treating each stage as a separate transaction. This structure is designed to support a wider range of project types and developer profiles.
