The new system, the Key version 3, enables brokers to track concurrent sales - and contain separate cases for each sale - which gives them the ability to group all product and compliance documentation, as well as mortgage and GI application forms, for a particular case in one electronic file.

To help speed up the whole sales process, Version 3 also allows brokers to send their clients an online version of the Key’s fact find, which they can check, update and send back direct to the broker’s system to ensure all relevant information is inputted and stored, prior to a face to face meeting.

A host of other features have also been introduced, including enhanced compliance monitoring and improved lead management functionalities, as well as customisable column displays, a redesigned workflow task configuration to improve ease of use and integrated mortgage, insurance and term product links, to help increase revenue streams.

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of the Key, comments:

“The latest version of the Key has a wealth of new features and upgrades, which have been developed following extensive consultation with brokers and are a result of our ongoing commitment to product and service development.

“The new system has been designed to enhance usability and functionality and the overall user experience has been improved to enable brokers to efficiently control and manage the mortgage application process.

"The Key is the industry’s fastest growing CRM solution. The widespread adoption of the system, its user numbers and its market penetration, clearly make it the brokers’ choice for a fully integrated business management solution and we’re sure that this latest version will not only meet but exceed brokers’ expectations.”

The Key provides market leading front end point-of-sale and compliance solutions coupled with full back office support including sales pipeline, commission management, reporting and compliance monitoring.

By using the system, mortgage intermediaries can streamline the entire mortgage process from initial contact and fact find, through to product sourcing and run all ‘back-office’, compliance and client management functionalities, consistently and effectively.
