
RHS, the UK’s biggest retirement estate agency, will market properties and progress sales on behalf of Anchor’s 6,000 leasehold properties.
By using RHS, sellers’ properties will feature on the RHS website and sales websites including Rightmove, Prime Location and the Elderly Accommodation Counsel. RHS also offer a package of relocation services including removals and conveyancing.
Last year RHS sold almost 1200 properties and is set to surpass this figure in 2012.
