The changes come in response to Waterfords’ expansion plans and have taken place within all areas of the business.

The first element of the restructure is the appointment of Rebecca Voller to Head of Lettings which will see her take on the responsibility for the day to day running of the Waterfords lettings division. Following a recent extensive recruitment process, Rebecca’s promotion ensures that the position is filled with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years.

Looking at the residential sales side of the business, Julian Amos, having achieved great success since joining Waterfords, will be assuming a broader role with an overall responsibility for both the Chobham and Sunningdale offices, working within the immediate and surrounding areas.

Sean Wickes, who has been running the Chobham branch since February 2011, will be resuming a previous position of heading up the financial services department to ensure that new opportunities are identified in the improving sector and to grow the mortgage business further. To help support the planned growth for the company, Sean will also be heading up the Waterfords HR department.

Finally, Caroline Keeble, PA to Managing Director Brendan Cox, will assume the administration of HR to assist Sean and the rest of the head office team.

Brendan comments:

“I am confident that these individuals will develop and succeed creating departments that will prosper and achieve their business objectives. These changes will make sure that we continue to have a secure structure in place to support our planned growth.”
