1. What does Chatty Imp offer estate agents?

Chatty Imp build strategic campaigns to help Estate Agents connect with those looking to sell their property through targeted, social media marketing. We manage and implement strategies and campaigns across various networks on a estate agent’s behalf, to help achieve their marketing aims
 
2.  What are the benefits of Chatty Imp?

We work with the latest trends in mind. We recently ran a campaign for a client through Facebook Live which generated 68,000 comments in one hour. By doing nothing but social media, we can fully understand what is working/not working and therefore maximise the ROI for our clients. Chatty Imp creates the most advanced social media advertising sequence used in the estate agent market, with a proven track record.

3.  How is Chatty Imp different from competitors?

Our clients are estate agents across the UK. This is market is our speciality – we generate instructions and increase market share for estate agents. We increase the social media interaction with estate agents’ target audience to generate instructions and increase the market share. For one estate agent, we delivered 36 valuations in a month, through a social media campaign, with an average response time to incoming enquiries 2 minutes and 37 seconds. Estate agents are genuinely astonished at the level of response from the Chatty Imp campaigns

4.  Why did you set up Chatty Imp?

I was working as a marketing manager at a sports company and quickly found out the avenues of marketing which worked. I always stand by the fact that you should outsource all of your marketing to specialist agencies. I had found two agencies to run certain sections of our marketing, but really couldn't find a provider for our social media marketing which wasn't lazy and had a proven track record. So when I graduated from University, I decided I would create an agency I would want to use. Chatty Imp was founded in June 2015 by Bradley McKenny and I and it all began in Caffe Nero!

5.  What do you love about the property market?

I love the being able to help agents increase their instructions. We have to build rapport with the agent and potential clients, so that when someone wants to sell their house, they will use the particular agent. Low-end consumer products are interesting, because you can get instant results. But when it comes to selling a house and being the agent that the consumers wants to use, it is a slow and tactical process - and I love that.

6.  What do you hate about the property market?

At the moment, we are in a very crucial time. With the rise of online agents, such as Purplebricks, we see a massive development in the online marketing space. But the biggest issue, is that traditional agents aren't following suit and adapting fast enough. Traditional agents need to act now to make sure that the online competitors don't run away with market share.
