Letsbid4lets will assist agents to let their properties and can be used as a stand-alone marketing tool or in conjunction with traditional marketing methods. LetsBid4lets will help keep properties occupied, while agents keep 100% control of landlords and tenants.
All tenants that use the site will be pre-referenced before bidding by tenant referencing company FCC Paragon. These references will last for 60 days so if a tenant doesn’t win on one property then they will be able to use the same reference to bid on another. Not only are tenants pre-referenced but they can’t bid for a property unless they have viewed it via the Letting Agent who is advertising it.
Spencer Rose, CEO and Founder of Letsbid4lets, said: “We believe LetsBid4Lets is a game changer, that provides agents with a whole new revenue stream and tenants with a level playing field.
“Agents who understand and adopt the proptech to develop their businesses now, will reap the benefits in the long run.
“£3 billion of residential property was sold by auction last year, 10 million people regularly use online auction sites and Rentberry has launched with a reported 100,000 landlords using the site.
“Our logic with this business is that auctions are a tried a tested way of selling property and people understand it, but no one has applied it to the lettings process yet.
“We believe LetsBid4Lets can provide transparency to both landlords and tenants.”
