According to Harron, under the new scheme, prospective buyers will be able to reserve a new home of their choice, even if they haven’t sold their existing home, for up to six weeks. The scheme also boasts no estate agent fees by assisting prospective buyers with valuing their existing property. Ideal for first-time buyers too, the Harron Home Mover Scheme can be used alongside the existing Government ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.

Katie Charlesworth, Director of Sales & Marketing at Harron Homes Yorkshire, said: “We recognise how difficult it can be to purchase a home, especially for first-time buyers, and we’re really pleased to announce our new Harron Home Mover Scheme.

The scheme aims to provide a helping hand to ensure the process of buying a home is as smooth as it can be. The scheme is available for individuals looking for a larger home, downsizers, and first-time buyers can benefit from using it alongside Help to Buy too.”

Harron Homes have a number of purchasing incentives alongside the Harron Home Mover Scheme including Part Exchange, which allows individuals to ensure a guaranteed buyer for their existing property with no estate agent fees and no property chain to contend with.
