Grosvenor has enlisted the help of Fully Furnished to help asset manage their stock in order to get a handle on what furniture they already own.
The main tasks for Fully Furnished will be to provide a storage facility for furniture currently not needed, assist with the repair and disposal of current stock, offer a cost effective dress to let/sale service and deliver styling packs to un-let furnished properties in order to maximise desirability to prospective future tenants.

“This is a really exciting challenge for us. We have tailored our usual services to provide Grosvenor with a unique facility. They need a system which will streamline their existing process enabling them to manage the amount and location of their stock and by using our new inspHire stock management system, we feel that we can help them to achieve this.
"The idea is to enable Grosvenor to keep a full track of their assets, how much they own and where it is. What’s more, once the system is in place, they will be able to calculate the replacement value of investment per property.”
Fully Furnished will also provide their usual furniture and design services to Grosvenor when and where it is required.
