House Network has reported 90% of their enquiries over the past two weeks requesting a property with outdoor space, with many customers specifically stating a swimming pool as priority.
House Network reported no properties with swimming pools coming onto the market between the months of November 2007 and March 2018. The network saw a dramatic turn around between March and June, with 80% of the properties with a swimming pool that have come to market already being sold in record time.
Zoopla recently reported 7 properties with swimming pools in the UK for sale under £500,000. This confirms that properties with this added luxury feature are very limited and are set to become increasingly popular if the country sees longer summer months.
