"Despite current political uncertainty we are seeing strong demand from both UK and international property investors"
Cullen Property will be flying the flag for Edinburgh for the sixth year running, promoting the benefits of investing in the city’s property to UK and international investors attending the event. The Property Investor and Homebuyer Show is the most comprehensive exhibition of UK and international residential property and the show organisers are expecting 5,000-6,000 delegates at the two-day event.
Steve Coyle, Operations Director at Cullen Property, says: “Despite current political uncertainty we are seeing strong demand from both UK and international property investors. According to our investors, the London property market has become too costly due to taxation and increased stress testing on funding by lenders, leading many investors to consider alternative UK city investment opportunities. Edinburgh, with its vast student population, affordable properties and high returns is considered very attractive and interest has been growing steadily again for the last three years.
Typically we talk to around 150 potential investors at the Property Investor and Homebuyer Show, and expect this year to be just as busy. Cullen Property will be exhibiting as ‘Edinburgh HMO Investments’ at stand 240 from 10am – 6pm on Friday and 10am – 5pm on Saturday at London’s ExCel.”
