The workshops will guide attendees through real case studies to advise them on best practice and effective problem solving with tenants.

The training session will take landlords and letting agents through methods to prevent and solve disputes if and when they arise.

Jen Paice, CEO of SafeDeposits Scotland, said: “We run these workshops as we feel it’s valuable for landlords and agents to come together and share best practice and discover the most robust ways of managing the dispute process. By being prepared for complications, landlords and their tenants can be saved both time and money.”

The workshop will take place on October 13 in Edinburgh (Raddison Blu), October 14 in Glasgow (The Teacher Building), October 24 in Dundee (Discovery Point), October 25 in Stirling (The Golden Lion), November 21 in Inverness (Best Western Palace Hotel) and November 22 in Aberdeen (Palm Court Hotel).
