Brandon will lead debates on all the relevant issues in the lettings industry, including agency fees, commissions, rent control and Government priorities in the housing sector. He will be joined by, journalist and former Cabinet Minister, Michael Portillo, and entrepreneur, Deborah Meaden, who will be present to speak to delegates on issues around policy and business success. Hilary Osbourne, personal finance editor for the Guardian, will also be joining the debate discussing consumer issues such as property conditions and recent legislation, and the director of campaigning body Generation Rent, Betsey Dillner, will be present, amongst others, to discuss the future of rent control and fees.
