TSB increases rates by up to 0.20%

TSB has increased residential mortgage rates on six of its short and medium term mortgages, which it says is in line with recent moves across the market.

TSB’s two-year fixed rate mortgage will increase 0.05% for homebuyers with a LTV of 0-60% and 0.15% for homebuyers with a LTV of 60-90%. There will be an increase – up to 0.11% – on two year homebuyer mortgages with a LTV of 90-95%.

Homebuyers who opt for a two-year tracker mortgage will see an increase of 0.05% with a LTV of 0-60% and 0.15% for a LTV of 60-85%.

Homebuyers looking for a five-year fixed mortgage with a LTV of 0-75% will also see an increase of 0.10%.

Remortgagors wanting a two-year fixed rate deal, will see an increase of 0.10% with a LTV of 0-60% and increases up by 0.20% for homeowners with a LTV range of 60-85%.

TSB’s two-year tracker for remortgagors will increase by 0.10% for homeowners with a LTV of 0-60% and increase by up by 0.20% for homeowners with a LTV of 60-85%.

Five-year fixed remortgage products with an LTV of 0-75% will also see an increase of 0.10%.
