The seminars will focus on identifying clients and then how to engage and present to them. It’s designed to help those on the cusp of entering the market through getting qualified or engaging clients then referring.
When surveying 200 brokers why they registered for an Equity Release Starter Pack, 60% said it was because at least 1 client had asked them about the available products.

Our seminars will help them to understand what an equity release client looks like, and then how to talk to them in an appropriate fashion about the products.
We’re not surprised about the recent spike in brokers approaching us given the national press that equity release is consistently getting, with more and more being positive.

Through initiatives such as these seminars we hope to develop the intermediary community into a space where they are comfortable talking about the products, even if they then choose to refer the clients for specialist, regulated advice.”
