Residential mortgage products overhauled at Aldermore

Aldermore has announced that it has refreshed its residential mortgage line including reductions across rates on many of its products.

According to the lender, it has launched a new High LTV range up to 95% LTV for buyers with low deposits - including a 2 year fix (95% LTV) – 4.98%, a 3 year fix (95% LTV) – 4.98% and for those looking for a longer commitment, a 5 year fix (95% LTV) – 5.08%

Aldermore has reduced early repayment changes as well as introducing a new overpayment allowance of up to 10% of the outstanding balance every year.
