Help to Buy borrowers now also have access to the bank’s new range of cashback remortgage products, including the £1,000 cashback range and capital raising of up to 95%.
Remortgage customers can benefit from cashback of £250 or £1,000, or a free standard conveyancing service, on a range of two and five-year fixed rate remortgage products.
Julian Hartley, director of mortgages, savings and loans, said: “As we reach the five-year anniversary of Help to Buy, many borrowers are reaching the end of their interest free period. We are thrilled to be in a position to open our full range of remortgage products, including 95% LTV and those offering cashback, to those looking to move from the Help to Buy scheme.”
