Platform announces rates reduction

Platform has announced that it has reduced rates on its Buy to Let mortgage range by up to 0.1%.

Highlights include two year fixed rates now starting from 2.24 per cent at 60 per cent LTV with a £1,999 fee - along with three and five year fixed rates now starting from 2.79 per cent and 3.34 per cent respectively, also for mortgages at 60 per cent LTV with a £1,999 fee. Reduced rates are also available on higher LTV bands and mortgage deals with either £999 or no fee options.

As part of the new broker range, mainstream two and five year fixed rates have seen small increases of 0.05 per cent as Platform re-aligns these deals with the market. Mainstream two year fixed rates now start from 1.39 per cent at 60 per cent LTV with a £1,499 fee and mainstream five year fixed rates now start from 2.44 per cent, also at 60 per cent LTV with a £1,499 fee.
