From today, all conveyancing fees for sales, purchase and remortgage have been reduced by £25 plus VAT. This means that Broker Conveyancing’s fees are now cheaper than all other conveyancing distributors in the marketplace.

The drop in conveyancing fees replaces the bonus offered to registered broker users however they still have the option of increasing their referral fee by £25 in order to maintain their income levels from each individual instruction.

Throughout January, Broker Conveyancing is also giving away 20 tablet computers to those registered users instructing one of its panel of solicitor firms. All advisers who instruct a panel firm will be entered into a prize draw on every working day of the month, up until the 29th January.

Broker Conveyancing was launched in 2012 to meet the specific conveyancing needs of brokers and their clients. The proposition has a number of unique features including low panel fees, payment on exchange, an all-inclusive fee structure, ‘no completion – no fee’ arrangement, and ‘fall through protection’ on searches.

Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Broker Conveyancing, commented: “The start of a new year is the time to set out one’s stall for the next 12 months and to show that accessing the best conveyancing firms in the UK through Broker Conveyancing is both right for the broker, and right for the client. For us, this means ensuring we are the most competitive conveyancing distributor in the marketplace and we can do this by cutting our conveyancing fee pricing by £25 plus VAT. The benefits for the client are obvious but this doesn’t mean that our broker users should lose out, which is why they can set their own referral fee levels in order to maintain the income they have come to expect from using Broker Conveyancing. This move ensures we are the most competitive distributor for brokers and we would urge both existing and new users to access our portal, review our product range, and understand the solicitor firms available in order to make sure they are getting the very best from their conveyancing recommendations.”
