50 residential mortgages have rates cut at Accord

Accord has announced that it has reduced its rates across more than 50 residential mortgages by up to 0.15%.

According to the lender, new homebuyer rates include a 1.82% two-year fix at 75% LTV which comes with no product fee, free standard valuation and £500 cashback.

Homebuyers and remortgage customers can also access a five-year fix at 2.24% up to 85% LTV with a £995 product fee.

In addition, Accord has added a free standard valuation feature to all of its fixed rate mortgages with £1,995 fees, as well as to its two-year tracker at 1.04% which has no early repayment charges.

We want to ensure that our range is appealing to both borrowers and brokers, and we hope extra touches, such as free standard valuation and cashback, will help homeowners to keep the upfront costs of their mortgage low.”
