Staff at Badger Holdings’ Head Office in Chertsey each donated money to come dressed to work in typical Halloween attire with everyone taking part in helping to raise as much money as possible. One member of staff made a huge pot of pumpkin and butternut squash soup, which was sold for £1 per portion, there was a competition for the best dressed, another for guess how many spooky sweets in a jar and a local cake shop even donated some Halloween cupcakes.

Janet Tully, Group HR Director commented:

“It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that our staff will go to in their efforts to support Shooting Star CHASE. Halloween is all about children dressing up and having fun, so what a wonderful idea from our Lettings and Management team to make the most of the day and remind our staff of the children at Shooting Star CHASE that we support throughout the year.”

A running total throughout the day was sent out to branch staff who helped double the head-office donations to £400, this was then kindly boosted to £500 by Executive Chairman, Tony Addinall.
