The ongoing strength of the Society’s position as a competitive, vibrant and approachable provider of mortgage loans has lead to the diversification and expansion of its geographical lending book. The substantial geographical coverage offered by e.surv’s services will therefore ensure a better and more consistent fit with the Society’s business model going forward.
The arrangement will see the best of the Society’s current arrangements being incorporated into a new enhanced Panel Management service, with a particular emphasis on report quality and technical support.
e.surv will help the Society develop more robust auditing practices and increase mitigation against financial risks and fraud, by providing superior competency relating to technical issues within the industry, as well as comprehensive management information.
