The channel, which is managed by the company’s IT department, enables customers to watch videos of over 13,000 properties available through haart to either buy or rent around the UK. The videos, which are produced to music, are also embedded into the property details on the haart website (www.haart.co.uk).
What’s more, visitors to YouTube can also view a comprehensive selection of video testimonials from past as well as present customers.
The introduction of the YouTube channel follows the roll-out earlier this year of new mobile websites together with a text-based property search. Over five per cent of people currently visit the haart website via a mobile device.
