Landmark Quest, a provider of risk management, mobile solutions and bespoke software for lenders and surveyors, has today announced the successful roll-out of mobile tablet devices and Q-Mobile software to e.surv Chartered Surveyors’ national team of residential valuation surveyors.
Q-Mobile, which is a multi-award-winning intelligent property data capture tool, enables surveyors to complete mortgage valuation reports via Tablet PCs. By adopting the mobile data capture solution, e.surv’s circ.400 residential surveyors can now digitally complete site-notes on the move, while improving valuation audit, productivity and driving standardisation of reporting across the business.

Q-Mobile, used in conjunction with fit-for-purpose rugged mobile devices, helps improve workflow, standardises site notes and creates efficiencies for surveyors whilst at a property. With the advances in hardware, devices are today ergonomically designed for active individuals and incorporate a number of features to suit, including weather-proof /anti-glare screens, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, handwriting recognition and inbuilt encryption for enhanced security.
