The firm has been added to the panel with immediate effect and broker users will now be able to instruct it via Broker Conveyancing’s online portal for transactional and remortgage business.

Stephensons operates nationwide across multiple locations but has a particularly strong presence and reputation in the North West. Stephensons operates with 36 individual Partners and over 400 staff in total.

Broker users of Stephensons will deal with a specific ring-fenced team operating out of its Altrincham office with significant capacity to deal with Broker Conveyancing’s growing volume levels. In charge of the conveyancing operation is Stephensons’ Managing Partner of Conveyancing, Tom Bridge.

Broker Conveyancing was launched in 2012 to meet the specific conveyancing needs of brokers and their clients. The proposition has a number of unique features including low panel fees, a £25 loyalty bonus, an all-inclusive fee structure, ‘no completion – no fee’ arrangement, and ‘fall through protection’ on searches.

Broker Conveyancing will be available to speak to all interested brokers and advisers about its proposition and the addition of Stephensons to the panel at tomorrow’s Financial Services Expo Manchester. The exhibition takes place at Lancashire County Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford and Broker Conveyancing will be exhibiting on stand L5. Further details on Financial Services Expo Manchester, including how to register, are available at: www.fsemanchester.co.uk

Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Broker Conveyancing, commented:

“At the start of the year it was a stated aim of ours to add quality, volume conveyancers to the panel so it is particularly pleasing to be announcing Stephensons as our latest appointment. Stephensons has an excellent reputation and is a well-respected brand in the sector plus our broker users will be able to instruct them for both transactional and remortgage conveyancing. We continue to make strong progress and Broker Conveyancing now has over 1,000 brokers registered while each day another new broker submits their first case through us.

The addition of Stephensons – a business with strong links to the North West - to the solicitor panel is particularly timely as tomorrow we will be exhibiting at the FSE Manchester event at Emirates Old Trafford. Attendees looking to explore their conveyancing distributor options will find us on stand L5 where we will be able to outline the full benefits of the proposition and the additional income it can generate. We look forward to seeing the North West adviser community in Manchester tomorrow.”
