Imfuna Let believes this new mobile generation want a technology-led experience when they rent a property, from search to moving in. Imfuna Let’s findings show that 75% of tenants much prefer to have a digital inventory, check-in and check-out as they see it as more accurate, faster and easier to access than traditional analogue inventories*.

Chris Roberts, Director of Belvoir Lettings, Bury commented: “Our tenants love the way we handle the start and end of a tenancy.  We have been using Imfuna Let for three years and we have had so much positive feedback from tenants, who really appreciate the cutting-edge technology of our inventory software and its accuracy.

All our property inspection information can be shared online in two ways. We can email the link of any published inventory report we create to an unlimited number of recipients. In addition we can invite by email tenants to review and comment online on any portion of the property inspection information.

This enables us to involve the tenant in the digital inventory and it makes them much more aware of the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.  As a result of this, we have seen a significant drop in the number of tenant disputes.”

Jax Kneppers, Founder and CEO of Imfuna Let comments: “Our inventory software allows agents and landlords to quickly produce a digital inventory that can be shared with the tenant by email. The software also offers side-by-side comparison inspections on a mobile device, so that agents and landlords can generate comparison inventory reports on the web and via published reports.  These reports clearly show any change in condition of the property, illustrated with date and time stamped photographs. All prior inspection data is presented on the mobile device with full photos, typed notes, transcribed dictations, and item conditions.

Imfuna Let gives landlords and agents a bullet proof inventory and complete digital property inspection system automating the reporting process.  It reduces the overall process from property data capture to report generation by up to 75%, allowing tenants to quickly access digital check-in and check-out reports.”
