Developed by head of IT, Mark Ryan, the facility not only produces an instant online illustration but also offers brokers the ability to convert the illustration to a PDF letter which is automatically emailed to the broker for recordkeeping purposes and forwarding to the client.
The service was designed to complement the illustration facility that is already in daily use for the Classic and Premier Ranges.
Since its launch in October 2014, the Solutions Range has proved a popular funding route for landlords looking to repair their credit profiles, not least because finance is available on a three-year term and can be turned around within a week of instructing solicitors.
